Not to pick on Andreas, and not to disagree with the objections...but I'd
like to ask the group how we will (or would) approach the retiring of the
NXT RR in favor of the NO RR.

Mind you, the NO RR is not a lock to knock out the NXT RR, but I think this
is a reasonably realistic "challenge problem" to edns0(.5).
