DNSSEC wildcard optimization.

 Below is a link to a document describing an optimization to the
 wildcard algorithm resulting in the need for only 1 NXT/SIG for when
 there are no wildcards in the zone. Even if there are wildcards in the
 zone 1 NXT/SIG may be sufficient.
