We can simultaneously respond to ideas--good or bad--that come up, as
well as complete the remaining work that others have mentioned in this
thread. (I am especially concerned with key rollover.) I don't agree
with the notion that all the engineering work is done and only paper
shuffling is left.
What's the hurry to close down and what's the harm in going dormant?
We can wait in the wings until the DNS bat signal is projected in the
clouds and can spring nimbly back to life, without the overhead of WG
formation. I especially like that there's a precedent with the PPP
WG.
