WG advanced the -timers- draft as the protocol handling this issue.
The WG has not taken on "Initial TA trust configuration" work item
which is the open Key management issue.
The last mile problem still remains, some says run full validator at
end, others say wider channel from validating resolver to stub-resolver,
so far the WG has not seen any proposals to address this.
